The boys' preschool went to a local pumpkin farm this morning, and it was a blast! They each went with their class, so I went with Harry and their friend Sam's parents helped keep Jack in line (thanx, Carol and Allen!). They got to take a hayride out to the patch, choose their own pumpkin, play in a sorgum maze, have a sweet snack of pumpkin cookies and hot chocolate. The owner even gave them little painted pumpkins. It was a perfect fall day :-)

3 Somethings To Talk About:
How fun was that to go to the farm? That barn looks like a picture book. And now I'm going to have Tim McGraw's song in my head all day.
It's official. I want to live in your area. You have the coolest stuff! The oldest building in our area is my office which seems to be held together by spit and mold. There is not much beauty in the city.
Field trips to the local pumpkin farms must be "THE thing" to do! We even went on one with our home school group! :) Looks like they had a great time!
