Harry's pal Sarah and her family had a party this afternoon and invited us all. The boys had a great time playing at their old preschool playground with lots of friends, getting their faces painted, and I had a great time visiting with friends and tasting all the great eats. Harry had an infection this week, and we found out it was MRSA. He limped his way thru the fair and school, didn't shed a tear while we poked and prodded to get all of the infection out. It's almost gone after a week, and he's back to his wild and crazy self.....thankfully, it's not a competitive league ;-)

The Tooth Fairy makes her second visit tonite, and Harry hammed it up this afternoon after letting me yank out tooth number 2!

I guess we started a new tradition when he decided to share his cookies with the Tooth Fairy...those must be really tiny bites, right?? Sweet, generous boy!

(And Jack has yet to get a wiggle, tho I think he may seriously be considering Dean's offer to loosen it for him...poor boy cowboyed up today thru a party-non-invite and a non-tooth-loss....growing up, indeed!)

I *think* it's still Tuesday, and I've been feeling pretty random lately, so here goes:

Global warming? Pshaw! We have snow on the ground, snow on the dirt road to our old house, and our old deck is still covered...they say the end is near, we'll see. I'm still holding onto my Snow Dance shoes for Monday ;-)

I wonder how many secrets are told right out in the open....I was walking thru the gym the other day and learned that this guy's wife doesn't like morning sex.

The post song is because this is how our afternoon was spent...playing, decorating and looking forward to Heart Day. The boys finally decorated their valentine mailboxes....I say finally because I bought the stuff either last year or maybe the year before. Great to stretch it out, eh?

Anyway, Jack made hearts of our family....guess who's 'holding us all up' and 'super strong'? Getting back to the gym is a good thing ;-)

This is how long D&I have been married. My friend Carol bought us the first White House ornament the year we got married. I think I'm going to give them their own tree next year because they're beautiful and get lost amid all the old construction paper, yarn and glue. Thanx for over a decade, D!
