Walkin' In The Sand

Unbeknownst to Mrs. C, the art teacher at the red gym, we are prepping for a beach vacation. She did a summer collage project today, with footprints in paint, streamers to represent fireworks, and colored sand. The boys really loved it - they came out great but I am mid-dump on the camera and forgot to copy the closeups so you'll have to use your imagination. Here they are practicing their flipper skills and admiring their art: They were playing Buckaroo, a balancing game from Grandma S and Papa Bob, the other day - you load the horse with cowboy stuff and hope he doesn't buck it off
Jack was NOT happy when the horse got testy ;-)
And here's a picture of Harry telling his monkey from Aunt Deani that he loves him and 'will miss you today. Be a good little monkey and I'll be home soon." Awww

Griffin really enjoyed doing the art project too ... he was all about stepping in the paint and leaving his prints on the paper. The come up with some very creative art projects for our little ones to enjoy.
