I went to a garden party to reminisce with my old friends

Some friends took a trip to enjoy the beautiful Spring weather and see what was blooming....it was more like a misty mist, but we didn't let it spoil our fun! Here are the moms taking a picture of the four cuties - my two are the bookends
Harry running thru what will be a tunnel of flowering vines later in the summer
Jack making a wish in one of the fountains they were totally into this trip
Harry made his wish and remembered how many fountains they saw so he could tell Dean: 8 in the store, some in the 'pond' and a bunch outside was his report....I think he counted them all!
They had a pinwheel display that was really beautiful; unfortunately each of the over 4000 pinwheels represents a child who needed help from the child abuse services this year. A local school had each child make their own pinwheel and 'planted' them on school grounds...I thought that would be cool, but Colleen reminded me that if I suggested it, I might be responsible for carrying it out, which would not be an easy task.

Harry, Eddie and Jack running up to the tree house
My obligatory lookingoutthewindow shot
Mr. Sandman...the cutest that I've ever seen
There was a scavenger hunt, and despite this earnest moment, we owe all the prizes to Ms. Correne's diligence :-)
Our Human Garmin (Harry) tried the paper version for a little while
The boys taking a Walk Along The River
They're literally tree-huggers for the final task of the scavenger hunt
There seemed to be a circle theme to the end of our trip, with the boys gathering on this cool chair while we waited for lunch - it was delicious and totally worth the wait!
Thanx, ladies, it was a bloomin' good time!
